Take in all the McLaren Vale has to offer as you jump out of an aeroplane at 9,000ft in the air! Experience up to 30 seconds of heart-pounding freefall before the parachute is deployed and you soar gently back to earth, touching down at one of the region's famous vineyards.
Experience Australia's only tandem skydive with a vineyard landing and leave with a memory that will last a lifetime! You will first meet your instructor at Leconfield Wines before travelling to Aldinga Airfield, where they'll run through the training and safety procedures before sending you to gear up for your jump. From here you will board the aeroplane for a 20 minute flight to jump altitude. At approximately 9,000ft you will take the ultimate leap of faith and exit the plane, strapped to your instructor, freefalling at speeds of up to 220km/ph for 30 seconds.
- The skydive can take up to an hour, however it is best to set aside a half day due to any weather concerns
- Minimum age is 12 years old. Those aged 12-18 require parental consent
- Passengers must be able to bend the knees and hold on to the rope handles inside the basket
- Participants must not be pregnant or at high risk of having a heart attack
- Please advise the supplier if you weigh over 95kg
